We all know that polyamory and pedophilia are the next barriers to fall. We are very nearly there with polyamory. Our elites are pushing the boundaries on pedophilia. I don't know what's going to be scarier: that the backlash, when it comes, might make the backlash to Weimar look like child's play -- or the prospect that there won't be any backlash, that we have been so demoralized that we accept anything.
Thing is, if Balenciaga's ad director hadn't overegged the pudding by putting in the Ashcroft ruling, tipping us off to the fact that they know exactly what they are doing here, most of us would have just passed this on by as yet one more predictable example of the degeneration of our culture at the hands of corrupt elites, who are taking pleasure in seeing just how far they can go.
Elite Child Porn
One dark irony of QAnon has always been that the conspiracy theory, which holds that President Trump is waging a war on a cabal of elite liberal pedophiles, rose to prominence on 8chan, an imageboard where users swapped child pornography.
There were no reported developments in the November 2007 Europol operation that uncovered a worldwide child sex offender network, including pornographic material produced in a studio in Ukraine, according to the same State Department report. An Italian man was arrested in the case.
Shved said every third Ukrainian prostitute is a girl between 12 and 17, most of whom were abused at home first either physically or sexually. Despite frequent police raids, buying a child porn movie is easy.
Shved referred to the case in 2007 in which eight child porn producers started three child modeling agencies in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Simferopol. They selected girls between ages 8 and 16, and signed modeling contracts with their parents. But in reality they were operating a porn studio.
Prosecutors charged 32-year-old Leonard Lewis with possession of child pornography in March of 2018. Investigators say Lewis worked as a coach at Tech Gymnastics and All Star Cheer in Woodinville. He also traveled internationally working as a cheerleading coach.
A Ninth Circuit panel struggled with the ambiguous legislative text establishing what online platforms like Reddit Inc. had to know in order to face liability for child sex trafficking taking place on their sites during oral argument on Monday.
Derek Charles Megraw, 38, was arrested after a July 2020 search warrant at his former home in Leroy resulted in the seizure of 12 electronics, many of which contained images of Child Sex Abuse Materials (CSAM), or child pornography.
Katchalov, 21, admitted to downloading and viewing child porn since 2011, said the Polk County Sheriff's Office, which added that detectives found files on his computer depicting children as young as three.
On 31 July 2018, the Ottawa Citizen reported that Tom Wysom, an animator for several children's cartoon series including My Little Pony, had been sentenced to more than two years in prison after pleading guilty to charges associated with possession of child pornography:
Although this part of the story, reported by a legitimate news source citing court records, is true, the case prompted backers of popular conspiracy theory known as "QAnon" to link it with "#PedoGate," a viral phenomenon and outgrowth of PizzaGate -- a belief that powerful Democrats and Hollywood "elites" were running a pedophile ring out of a Washington, D.C., pizza parlor basement (even though the restaurant, Comet Ping Pong, has no basement):
The Storm's central premise is that President Trump is secretly working to take down a global ring of elite, cannibalistic, satanic pedophiles. And the investigation into Russian meddling into the 2016 election, led by former FBI director Robert Mueller, is actually an investigation into the so-called "deep state", where a cabal of evil, money-grubbing globalists, including Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, are responsible for everything from a global pedophile ring to the mass shooting in Las Vegas in 2017.
Earlier this month, Jason Van Hoesen, 46, pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography, a crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison. As part of the plea agreement, Van Hoesen agreed not to seek a sentence of less than five years in prison; a sentencing hearing is scheduled for October 5. According to local law enforcement, Van Hoesen will remain in custody while awaiting sentencing.
Despite the passage of the Protect Our Children Act in 2008, which aimed at reducing and preventing child exploitation in the U.S., the law has been considered largely a failure by experts, with vastly insufficient funding and reporting requirements laying the grounds for the current reality: Not nearly enough manpower to investigate the shocking number of internet crimes against children.
Other images, which were not part of the same photo shoot but were shot for the brand's Spring 23 campaign, were also criticized after making the rounds online. People noticed one of the pictures appeared to use a 2008 Supreme Court decision in a child pornography case to promote a purse.
"We sincerely apologize for any offense our holiday campaign may have caused. Our plush bear bags should not have been featured with children in this campaign. We have immediately removed the campaign from all platforms," the company posted on its Instagram Story.
"We apologize for displaying unsettling documents in our campaign. We take this matter very seriously and are taking legal action against the parties responsible for creating the set and including unapproved items for our spring 23 campaign photoshoot. We strongly condemn abuse of children in any form. We stand for children safety and well-being."
Twitter user CJ Pearson, who boasts more than 378,000 followers on the platform, tweeted via his verified account: "Balenciaga severed their ties with @kanyewest due to a tweet. Yet they expect us to just 'accept their apology' after they get caught up sexualizing children? They're not apologizing because they're sorry. They're apologizing because they got caught."
"If after promoting the sexualization of kids, #Balenciaga isn't forced to endure a major overhaul, or better yet go under, it demonstrates all you need to know about the current state of the world's elite corporations. Their apology is ridiculous. They were testing the waters."
"Balenciaga just issued the most disgusting apology ever," someone else wrote, while a separate user posted, "Is Balenciaga dodging accountability by blaming the set designers or am I trippen [sic]? What were the unapproved items? Did they JUST realize children shouldn't be involved after being called out? Lmaoo this apology solves nothing."
Allegations against Teichtmeister were known at the ORF for 14 months. Despite that, the actor and collector of child porn had remained a member of the ensemble of the Burgtheater, financed by taxpayers, and was also able to take on other major roles in important film productions while his whole entourage knew about his crimes.
Instead, taxpayers actually took care of the maintenance of the child porn collector for a further 14 months, and Teichtmeister remained a member of the Burgtheater ensemble until last week. Such is the life of a leftist cultural icon in Vienna.
Brandon Kie, 30, pleaded guilty Monday to a felony count of receipt of child pornography and faces up to 20 years in federal prison when he is sentenced Jan. 27 by U.S. District Court Judge Thomas McAvoy in Binghamton. He was initially charged under a sealed indictment in May.
According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, Kie connected to child pornography web sites using his own computer while at residences in Apalachin and Endicott, connecting to other computers using a peer-to-peer software programs, in 2014.
Federal authorities based their prosecution of the case by accusing Kie of downloading child pornography using "a means and facility of interstate and foreign commerce by any means, including a computer (an HP Pavilion Elite)," according to court papers.
The criminal investigation related to the U.S. Department of Justice program, Project Safe Childhood, which launched in May 2006. The program marshals federal, state and local resources in law enforcement to aide in arresting and prosecuting people who exploit children via the Internet, as well as to identify and rescue victims, the U.S. Attorney's Office said after Kie was indicted in May.
A group of University of Michigan faculty members Monday stopped short of calling for an external review into a six-month lapse in university officials reporting the discovery of child pornography in a University Hospital employee area.Stephen Jenson
"This thing fell through the cracks," Lehman continued, criticizing the botched reporting of child pornography found on a thumb drive in an employee computer at University Hospital in May. Although a medical resident, her supervisor, hospital security and the university's legal office knew about the pornography, it was not reported to police until Nov. 18.
Stephen Jenson, a 36-year-old medical resident who worked regularly with children during the six-month reporting lapse, was charged Dec. 17 with four counts of possessing child pornography.
